2. Insert the removal end into the original wax guard. Gently twist and pull to detach the wax guard, then dispose of it.
3. Next, take the end of the stick that has the new wax guard and gently insert it into the opening where the original wax guard was removed.
4. The new wax guard will automatically detach from the holder and stay in place. Occasionally, you may need to assist in separating the new ear wax guard from the stick using your fingernail.
